DESCRIPTION:FRIDAY\, NOVEMBER 8 \nGourmet Alley Ribbon Cutting & Downtown Business Expo\nJoin Us for the Gourmet Alley Ribbon Cutting Event! \nThe City of Gilroy\, in partnership with the Gilroy Downtown Business Association\, Visit Gilroy\, and the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce\, invites you to celebrate the completion of the Gourmet Alley Project! \nJoin us at 9:00 AM as we cut the ribbon on this exciting improvement in the heart of Gilroy\, providing safer\, cleaner connectivity to our downtown and pedestrian-friendly spaces for connecting and relaxing. \nThen come back for the Downtown Business Expo at 5:00 PM\, featuring a selection of Downtown Gilroy businesses where you’ll have a chance to sample\, mingle\, and enjoy community in our new alley space. \n📅 Date: November 8 \n📍 Location: Gourmet Alley\, Downtown Gilroy (the ribbon cutting will take place on Gourmet Alley between 5th and 6th Street) \n🕒 Time: 9:00 AM Ribbon Cutting\, 5:00 PM Downtown Business Expo \nWe look forward to celebrating with you and enjoying the many fun and exciting things our downtown has to offer! \nThe Gourmet Alley Project\, funded by a California Department of Transportation Clean California Grant\, was aimed towards improvements to Gourmet Alley\, including upgraded pedestrian pathways\, enhanced lighting for safety\, improved landscaping to beautify our downtown\, resurfaced parking lots\, and shared trash enclosures to remove blight from the alley.
